FOOTBALL FESTIVAL 2020

THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE OF WORTHING TOWN FC IS COMMITTED TO PLAYING THE FOOTBALL FESTIVAL 2020 IF PERMITTED BY THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION AND THE GOVERNMENT - UNLESS WE ARE ADVISED OTHERWISE THEN THE FOOTBALL FESTIVAL WILL GO AHEAD AS PLANNED. IF THIS SITUATION CHANGES THEN ALL ENTRANTS WILL BE ADVISED AND THE OFFER OF A REFUND MADE TO ALL TEAMS THAT HAVE ENTERED.

The Worthing Town FC Football Festival is hosted at our home ground at Palatine Park in Worthing and we look forward to welcoming over 300 teams as part of the BIGGEST FOOTBALL FESTIVAL TOURNAMENT IN SUSSEX!

​

With the Festival spread across three days we accommodate for all age groups, both boys and girls as well as Men’s and Ladies. With our highly popular match schedules and teams attending from all over the South of England, places are allocated on first come, first served basis so please apply early.

​

Competitions will be run on either a round-robin group format before moving to a knockout competition or, in the girls competitions, a League-basis where each team will play all other teams in the competition. All matches will be 6a-side (5a-side for under 8s) with a maximum size squad for all teams, across all age groups will be eight players.

 

The Under 7s will play non-competitive 5a-side matches and all players will receive a memento of the day.

AGE GROUPS ARE RELEVANT TO THE 2019-2020 SEASON.

 

Cost of entry is £40 per team, however, there is an 'Early-Bird' discount of £5 per entry for entries made before 31/12/2019.

The entry form will need to be completed for each team.

Confirmation of your entry will be sent via email with further information regarding parking, match rules and team sheets. Please ensure that for every team entry you provide a contact telephone number and a valid email address.

There is limited parking available onsite, therefore to ease congestion on local roads we are pleased to have secured parking arrangements with Southern Water and Equiniti and we offer a FREE park and ride service throughout each day. Each car park is a short walk from Palatine Park.
