As an FA Charter Standard Community Club, Worthing Town FC is committed to ensuring that we meet strict criteria set by the FA on an annual basis ensuring that the coaches working with our club are suitably educated to deliver sessions and manage our teams whilst also holding the relevant, in date, certificates relating to FA Safeguarding Children and FA Emergency Aid. All of our volunteers have up-to-date FA approved DBS checks.

FA LICENSED COACHES CLUB
If you are an FA qualified coach you have the opportunity to join the FA Licensed Coaches Club. In order to become an FA Licensed Coach you need to hold:
FA Coaching qualification (minimum Level 1)
In date FA Safeguarding Children qualification
In date First Aid qualification (FA Qualification or recognised alternative)
In date FA Criminal Record Check (if you are coaching players under 18)
